Yard of the Month
Each month from May through October, the Club selects a residential yard of the month. Gardens must be the work of the resident or homeowner (not professional landscapers), must contain flowers, and must be visible from a public street or sidewalk. Nominations are welcome.
July 2005
Sheila and Michael Camuso, 11 Hawk Drive, won the July award. Their front garden had clematis in bloom, a frame of honeysuckle in the entranceway, and Stella Doro daylilies sprinkled throughout the garden..
June 2005
The June award went to Stacy Messer at 39 Lazarus Way in North Salem. Her fantastic collection of garden art & decor was intermixed with beautiful clematis, pinks, and poppies..
May 2005
The award for May was presented to Cecile Stowell, 17 Williams Street. Her garden had great curb appeal and a wonderful collection of iris.
